Job description / Role
A leading law firm, with an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking to bring on board an experienced Corporate Lawyer for their practise on the ground.
This happens to be a replacement position where the suitable candidate will we integrated into the team and introduced to the clients as soon as possible.
The client in question has an exceptional profile in Riyadh and has excellent standing with several Government Authorities.
The law firm in question has been operating in the Riyadh for several years and is seen a consistent and stable platform in the region.
Salary:
USD
180,000 to 190,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
- Already have GCC experience (ideally in Saudi Arabia)
- Be admitted in a recognised Common law jurisdiction
- Have proven experience in working closely with clients directly and winning / retaining work
- Trained at a recognised common law jurisdiction
- Confident with Corporate M&A and CMA transactions
