SNC Lavalin Group is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Contract Administration & Finance for one of their projects in Riyadh, KSA.

This key role is for the Bus, ITS and TFM Operations and Maintenance of relevant contractors and service providers. Hence, relevant understanding and knowledge of the various components mentioned are crucial. His team will consist of Contract Management Specialists, finance and accounting specialists, risk management specialists, project controls, document specialists and KPI Inspectors.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage the team consisting of contract administration, accounting, finance, risk and cost control specialists.
- Oversee all prelaunch service activities
- Supervise the preparation and updating of Integrated Management Schedule
- Supervise the certification of payments.
- Verify compliance to Contracts and to the Client's satisfaction
- Perform the contract administration duties related to variations, claims, payment certification, bonds, insurance, penalties regime.
- Ensure quick response to contractor letters.
- Advise the Client and Project Director in contractual / mitigation measures.
- Report to the program director on any service delivery issues.
- Report and advise on service delivery.
- Shall prepare dashboards and periodic progress reports
- He will support any training requirement for freshers during this project.

Requirements

Qualification and Education Requirements
- University Degree
- Finance related certification/qualification/training/membership would be a plus

Preferred Skills
- 15 years Contract Administration experience with 10 years' experience at managerial level
- Experience working with multiple contractors on single project
- The Senior Manager Contract Administration will have a detailed knowledge of contracts and consultancy relevant to commissioning of Transportation projects.
- He should be a very experienced negotiator with excellent communications and coordination skills.
- He shall have an in-depth knowledge of contract administration including variations, contractual claims and media/arbitration, certification of payments, bonds, guarantees, KPI and penalty regimes for Contracts.
- Should have solid experience and qualifications in Finance and have a sound knowledge of IT, PR, Marketing and Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience with payment certificates or largescale projects and financial reporting.
- Assist the Client to prepare the Annual Budget and update the 10-year forecast and manage revenue collection.
- Reporting skills including Dashboard Reports and Periodic project status reports
