Senior Manager Financial Reporting

Job description / Role

Leap29 are currently working with a renowned bank situated in Saudi Arab who are seeking to appoint a Senior Manager Financial reporting within their Financial Control Department. This role reports direct to the Chief Accounting Officer.

The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of timely, accurate financial and regulatory reporting information. Therefore the incumbent will be responsible for managing and supervising the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, reviewing daily, weekly and monthly management reports, supervising the implementation of audit recommendations and ensuring all ledger account balances are fully substantiated.

Requirements

To be suitable for this position you must be educated to degree level and be a member of a professional body, for example, CIMA, ACCA, CPA etc. Applicants must have at least 10 years working experience within a bank/financial institution with an emphasis on financial and regulatory reporting. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
