Job Description

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior legal leadership role, preferably within a global organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Strong background in real estate law, corporate law, commercial transactions and cross boarder transactions.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal matters
- Oversee and manage legal matters across all business units
- Provide strategic legal advice to the executive leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Mitigate legal risks by identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement management skills
- Excellent communication (English-Arabic), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in retail with leasing experience is a must and logistics, hospitality, and e-commerce industries are advantageous.
- Could provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Manage and oversee litigation matters, working closely with external counsel
- Develop strategies for resolving disputes and legal challenges in a cost-effective manner
- Monitor and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting the organization.

Requirements

Skills / Experience required to do the job

- Saudi National (Male or Female)
- Minimum 8 to 12 years' experience.
- Experience in Lease Agreement Drafting and Property Due Diligence would be an advantage
- International experience preferred.
- Command over Arabic & and English languages (Reading, written, and spoken)
- Exceptional Written and verbal communication
- The candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic, and willing to take on challenges
- Strong analytical capabilities and judgment
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Maturity to handle complexities
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross-functionally and with external stakeholders; consensus builder
- Proactive solution-oriented approach
