Job description / Role
• The Sr. Manager - Operational Excellence is a member of the management team of the company with overall responsibility for quality, continuous improvement and knowledge management initiatives and activities.
• He is responsible for the development and enforcement of corporate quality and policies and procedures and is responsible for overseeing certifications across the network.
• He is also responsible for the implementation of rigorous quality audit programs across the firm.
• The jobholder is accountable for the development and implementation of knowledge management policies, procedures, and tools across the organization.
• He shall stay abreast of the latest operational trends and developments in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry and ensure that they are migrated and implemented, where applicable.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred
Overall Experience
• 20+ years of experience with a top tier regional/multinational engineering firm
Specific Experience.
• 20+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional/multinational engineering firm.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a quality, knowledge management or continuous improvement function.
• Experience with researching and implementing corporate-wide improvement initiatives targeting an organization’s key processes and activities.
