Senior MEP Manager

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up to work as a Senior MEP Manager on a high profile cultural and heritage giga project in Riyadh. This is a long term project/contract to work on a truly unique project while being responsible for the delivery of MEP services from design to construction delivery whilst working closely with the client and overseeing the main contractor and sub-contractors.

Salary:
SAR 48,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Our client requires experienced and well qualified MEP Managers who have experience of delivering major MEP services on high profile building projects.

Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Services OR Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 15 years' experience.
- Must have worked on large building projects i.e. mixed-use, retail/malls, stadiums, high rise towers etc.
- You'll be an experienced Manager who has led all MEP activities.
- Solid understanding of MEP Design coordination with consultants and MEP delivery with contractors.
- Has experience liaising with and supporting clients to understand their needs.
- Experience working in the Middle East previously would be beneficial but not essential.
- Has led design & construction delivery of MEP services.
