Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Support in helping the business unit and its functions to use the Brand Purpose to deliver a consistent and coherent sense of what the DP World brand stands for; and to implement the new Global Visual Identity across all expressions of the brand in all contexts.
• Conceptualize and produce visual products for promotional, advertising, and informational purposes, including the use of photography and animation.
• Cooperate in maintaining in-house capabilities in graphic design, photography, and videography; and to develop and deliver content for important corporate-level brand applications.
• Support the Manager of Corporate Communications in adopting and adapting DP World Global Brand Strategy in the business.
• Provide creative support and guidance for special internal, community or customer events including tradeshows, customer visits, employee recognition events.
• Ensure the 'on-brand' alignment of key corporate policies, like Sustainability and Inclusion & Diversity
• Perform according to Annual Brand & Communications Plan that details the key initiatives and establishes specific targets and milestones to be accomplished in the business unit within each calendar year.
• Supports various design and development needs related to marketing and communications including designing and editing graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and events.
• Lead the development of creative multi-channel campaigns across the business unit functions and to prominently position the brands across all relevant communication channels internally and externally.
• Ensure DP World KSA's brand identity and integrity is maintained and consistent across all communication platforms by effectively communicating the brand strategy and objectives with all stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies.
• Identify opportunities for DP World and its business entities to participate in business focus awards within KSA.
• Translate complex information into graphic format for effective visual communication while assisting with video/ photo editing, when needed.
• Monitor and implement business unit branding budget, campaigns, and roadmap through cost effective solutions.
• Monitor market and industry trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and innovative solutions.
• Develop framework agreements and partnerships with current and new agencies to utilize and enhance internal processes and business conduct to reach efficiency in communicating and executing campaigns and plans.
• Establish and build strong relationships with other departments in the business unit and stakeholders to translate their business needs into creative campaigns, address issues and expectations and recommend possible solutions and ensure all projects adhere to the brand identity and guidelines.
• To support the Events, Sustainability, Public relations, and Communication sections in developing and implementing their plans and initiatives to clearly demonstrate the values and objectives of the company creatively.
• Responsible for the development and production of communication collateral in both print & online to further position and promote the business in different arenas.

Qualifications:
• Preferable: bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Experience and Skills:
• Mandatory 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expert Knowledge in Design Programs and Photoshop.
• Ability to think creatively with great problem-solving skills.
• Effective organisational skills with a strong ability to Multi - task.
• Analytical & logical thinker capable of managing budgets & resources effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Presentation & speech writing skills.
• Successful initiation and implementation of campaigns leading to organizational success, brand awareness, leads.
