Job description / Role
Currently seeking a Senior Partner for an International Law firm based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This role is to oversea the firms continuing expansion into the Saudi Arabian Market whilst in relation to managing the local office and developing the firms presence in the region.
Requirements
Ideally candidate will have the following:
- Solid experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Prior exposure managing an office (at the very least a team)
- Proven capability in terms of client onboarding a retention.
- Ideally educated in a recognised common law jurisdiction
About the Company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
