Job description / Role
• The ideal candidate will build and manage a dedicated product team, consisting of researchers, designers, developers and whoever else you’d need, ensure team’s efficiency and people growth
• The ideal candidate will play a decisive role (along with commercial leadership team) in the product vision definition in your product area
• The successful candidate understands customers’ and merchants’ needs, design journeys and analyze CJMs, identify opportunities via research, market gaps or cutting-edge technical insights
• The successful candidate will iteratively drive product growth: prioritize opportunities, test them, and make them live
• The successful candidate will formulate and analyze product metrics, be responsible for them, gather and analyze customer feedback
• The successful candidate will test hypotheses (in any form: short poll, A/B-testing)
• The successful candidate will build product processes within and outside of the team, communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
• He/she must have 8 to 10 years relevant experience
• Graduate of an Information Technology or Business course.
• Ability to deep dive into internal processes and systems, can design and improve them
• Has work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Fluent in English (Oral and written communication
• Plus factor: Fluent in Arabic
• Plus factor: have knowledge of the Middle East market and Arabic culture
