Senior Project / Construction Manager - Saudi - Mace International
This is an opportunity to join an already successful project in the Middle East with a leading western project management consultancy.
This role will suit those who have a background with main Contractors or Construction Management that wish to move in to Project Management Consultancy.
Senior Project / Construction Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working on a significant High Rise, High End, Commercial development in Saudi Arabia.
Mace is the Project Management Consultancy for this scheme and have managed the project from feasibility through to construction. The structure and façade are now complete and we are focusing on driving the fit-out and finishing contractors through to a successful conclusion and hand over of the scheme to our client.
We now require a Senior Project / Construction Manager to manage all site wide construction activities driving the appointed contractors and supply chain partners to deliver their works on time, within budget to the quality standards required in a safe manner.
It is essential that the successful applicant can demonstrate significant fit-out / finishing’s experience on very high end buildings in the Middle East region.
A hands on approach to quality and safety are essential and it is essential that you will not only be client facing, but comfortable in working directly with the contractors to ensure delivery.
Requirements
- Degree Qualification or Diploma are Essential for Visa Purposes.
- International experience is preferred.
- High Rise Building or Major Project experience is essential.
- A Main Contracting, Management Contracting, Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering background are all acceptable.
- Must have experience with well recognized, blue-chip construction organisations.
Candidates MUST be prepared to live and work in the location of the project.
