This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

• The Senior Project Controls Manager will be responsible for Mange the preparation of reports, analyses and key communications as required.

You’ll be responsible for:
• The job holder is responsible for project management, Timing, Budgeting (Cost Controls), Risk Management, Claims and Reporting
• Review the submitted commercial proposal submitted by Vendors and advise on any front loading or cost analysis.
• Review and analyze the issued/submitted Variations Orders in terms of Cost and Time.
• Review the submitted extension of time claim submitted by Vendors and advise on its compliance with the Contract Provisions.
• Responsible for overall project deliverable and managing the constrains (Schedule, Financials / customer requirements)
• Prepare Cost Management plan and establish budget reporting procedures
• Follow up and Monitoring the PO’s and calculate their impact on budget responsible for the collation and recording of proposed change, variation order, and claim status
• Communicate and report project management metrics to leadership regularly
• Coach and train employees in project management and control procedures
• Drive use of digitization strategy for project control process software systems and tools
• Interface with commercial and engineering functions to coordinate project development implementation and control, resulting in project volume and profitability
• Improving and applying the procedures for project management
• Time Management plan
• Claims Management EOT delay analysis
• Monitoring and measurement of budgeted cost of work schedule (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of work performed (BCWP), and actual Cost Work Performed (ACWP) .
• Facilitate regular communication channels with key stakeholders and conduct workshops and insights for continuous improvements
• Work Closely to anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans
• Establish objectives for delivering reports and insights promptly to make informed decisions
• Engage in regular discussions to identify opportunities for improving the process.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Over 15 years’ experience, with at least 7 years working on large high profile complex capital programmes. Candidates needs to have BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent. Chartered Status/Professional Licence required. Project management qualification (APMP etc.)
