Job description / Role
- Responsible for preparing and revise BOQ’s, Coordinating with Design Dept for BOQ, propose overall paln for QS for Site activities, and approve payments for Sub Contractors
- Organise Cost Control work for the preparation of the Project
- Calculation and preparation for Claims
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 8 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in BOQ's, Cost Control and Claims.
- QS experience in Buildings; Hotels, Residential, Malls, Towers, Hospitals, Administration.
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Must Have Transferable Iqama or should be able to work on a Business Visa.
