Job description / Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor require to look after a number of project for a large facade and steel contractor from the UAE.
The role will be based in Riyadh and you will work on some of the largest projects in the region. You will be responsible for a team of quantity surveyors and you will report back to the commercial director in Dubai. You will have strong commercial and contractual skills, excellent client facing skills.
Requirements
Must have a degree in Quantity surveying with a minimum of 7-10 years experience, have worked in UK or Ireland for large main contractor, have FIDIC experience, be capable of managing a team of site surveyors.
