Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Siebel Developer with 5+ years of Siebel experience using all major aspects of Siebel including Siebel Configuration, Siebel Integration, Siebel eScripting, Workflows, etc. for full-time position performing Siebel Development tasks.

The candidate will have responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all Siebel enhancements to ensure that they meet or exceed internal standards for quality and cost and that all business requirements are met. They must have experience in performing system design, creating architectural diagrams and documentation, executing a design within a project schedule, performing unit testing, coordinating with a QA team, deploying systems, and performing daily system maintenance. It's critical that candidates are able to coordinate and execute collaboratively and effectively with other teams.

Job Responsibilities and Primary Tasks:
- Configure and customize Screens, Views, and Applets per business requirements using Siebel Tools and Siebel scripting
- Create and modify Siebel business components and business objects
- Research, configure, develop, and implement new Siebel software applications and functionality as part of a development team
- Provide training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues
- Perform fit-gap analysis and develop migration and transition plans for new implementations and system conversions
- Perform data conversions and data loads using Siebel EIM
- Develop test scripts and perform system and unit end to end testing
- Work with users and developers/programmers to correct recurring problems with Oracle software
- Work on Integrating Siebel with external applications through EAI and Web Services
- Work with BI developers on schema updates and design considerations
- Produce detailed code documentation and CR documentation for work performed.

Duration: 2 Year Contract, Family Status
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 3 Months
Working hours: Sun - Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm (Occasional outside depending on deadlines) + paid overtime
Travel requirements: None
Gross monthly base salary: 12,000 SAR Per Month, + Housing Allowance (3 months Salary, paid 50% every 6 months)

Requirements

- Possess a BS or higher in Computer Science or IT-related discipline
- Other certifications obtained: Oracle Siebel Certified consultant will be preferred
- Have 5+ years of experience as Siebel developer in large scale Siebel CRM implementations

Specialist Knowledge:
- Have 5+ years of development experience in Siebel Tools Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, WebServices, eScript, XML, XSLT, Integration Objects, EBC, VBC, EAI, and EIM
- Have extensive hands-on development experience in Siebel Call Center, Siebel Financials etc. modules
- Have an expert level proficiency in Siebel Architecture and Data Model
- Have strong technical and communication skills

- Good understanding and ability to translate Business Requirements into Siebel Workflows
