Senior Technical Consultant – ALM/CRM

Job description / Role

We are in urgent need for one of our major clients in Saudi Arabia for a Senior Technical Consultant – ALM/CRM.

Solution Manager & ALM/CRM Capabilities
- As Senior Technical Consultant – ALM/CRM, the candidate will be expected to lead technical strategy development and conduct technical solution workshops with clients.
- Responsible for developing a strategy and roadmap for adoption of new Solution functionality.
- Responsible for identifying further opportunities to leverage Solution Manager functionality.
- Act as subject matter expert for the Solution Manager application and work with process owners, architecture and delivery teams to identify opportunities to automate SAP processes utilizing Solution Manager and CRM functionality.

Solution documentation
- Produce high quality technical documents on all implementations within the defined deadlines to ensure documentation standards and templates are followed for knowledge transfer across the team

Projects Assessment
- Perform and document impact analysis and development estimates for Requests for Change and Project Assessments / Scoping with accurate effort estimates and low level design on technical solution ensuring that proposed solutions and requirements are viable and can be delivered to satisfaction of the customer.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans for activities performed within the framework of a given project. This includes defining project scope as well as preparing work plans for the project

Post go-live support
- Resolve production incidents during the support and maintenance phase within the defined Service Level Agreements –SLAs to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction

Coaching and Mentoring
- Provide the necessary technical guidance and support for junior consultants to ensure team is able to produce high quality technical solutions with very low defect rate while meeting deadlines

Requirements

- Bachelors / Master’s Degree.
- At least 6 years’ experience in SAP Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager/ CRM
- SAP Solution Manager/ CRM Certification.
