Senior Translator

We are currently recruiting for a Senior bilingual Translator for our Project Management Office in Riyadh, KSA. The role will involve translating documents from Arabic to English & vice versa and assisting in the production of Arabic written reports. Requirements

- A relevant translation qualification such Bachelor's Degree in English / English Literature or a Diploma in Translation.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- The proven ability to translate technical documents.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Strong proven administration skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Min 10 years experience as a Translator in a professional environment, with 5 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

- Providing technical documents accurately translated to the project teams
- Maintaining and updating a glossary of English and Arabic translated technical terms, job titles and specialized terminology.
- Proof reading translated documents.
- Interpreting business correspondence and assisting with drafting responses.
- Acting as an interpreter in meetings as and when required.
- Occasionally presenting reports to clients.
- Producing high quality reports as required.
