Job description / Role
Looking for a Saudi National to join a world-known corporation in Riyadh, KSA on a permanent basis.
Experience:
• 5+ years in an Operations management role
• 3+ years in an Application (Middleware) role
• Extensive experience in managed services and service delivery environment including technical and service management exposure
• Demonstrable experience leading a support team
• Strong organizational, planning, leadership and management skills with a confident and professional manner
• Strong English communication skills with excellent presentation skills
• Demonstrated effective leadership, organizational and analytical skills
Requirements
• Excellent soft skills, including conflict resolution, influence and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly targeted environment
• Committed to self-development and the development of others
Qualifications:
• B.S. or Masters in IT field
• ITIL foundations certification
• Agile (Scrum) certification (a plus)
