Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to our products and services.
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
* Manage and maintain customer's equipment and systems.
* Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
* Conduct regular site visits to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.
* Document and report all customer interactions and issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

Requirements:

* 2+ Years of Work experience in the field.
* Experience in Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting and repairs.
* Education in similar Field
* KSA Driver's License
* Saudi National
