Program and Transition Manager - Major Project - Riyadh, KSA
- Coordinate Shared Services Organization Model initiation and transition phases;
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects, as program manager between internal clients, line management, Sectors, other departments, consulting services and contractors;
- Will be responsible for aligning expectations, developing efficient and effective plan, managing project team members and stakeholders, meeting milestones, managing scope, and executing project deliverables;
- Manage a Consulting Service scope focused on Operating Model for all departments, Services Gap Analysis and implementation/roll-out planning.
- Will partner with departments leaders and staff, and execute processes mapping, services catalogue definition, service level agreements design, KPIs definition, etc

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business administration or related field
- Experience on implementing Shared Services Organization
- Experience on Program and/or Project Management;
- 10+ years in management role
- Leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge in Business Process Mapping
