Shift Supervisor - Cumene / Phenol

Job description / Role

- Supervises and directs the activities of staff within the assigned unit.
- Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in operation team.
- Prepares work plans for the day to day activities.
- Maintains records and prepares reports.
- Provides input for and assists in the preparation of performance evaluations of assigned subordinate personnel.
- Assist in the development of departmental standard operating procedures.
- Participates to mechanical walk through in order to ensure system readiness against project scope and standards.
- Prior mechanical completion - witnesses pre commissioning activities as per the defines witnessing matrix

Requirements

Ideally you will have a minimum of 15 years experience in operation and commissioning activities related to area of assignments and be an expert with Cumene / Phenol Process Plant.

You will have knowledge of the principles of supervision, including employees training and the development of materials, methods, tools and equipment used in operation.

It is preferred that you have a working environment, laws and legislation in Saudi Arabia, although not essential.

You will have proven experience in safety precautions and occupational hazards in the use of equipment; safe work methods and practices.

Must have a good knowledge of standard operating procedures and excellent communicating.
