Job Description
Sourcing of local vendors in Duba/Wajh/Yanbu/Tabuk.
- Handling indirect purchases for site offices: stationary, bottled water, cleaning material, etc.
- Handling small and urgent purchases for site maintenance: tools, consumables, spare parts, fuel for generators, trucked water supply, etc.
- Handling small and urgent purchases for urgent construction needs: tools, consumables, markers, project signs, etc.
- In charge of the PPE purchase
- Computer literate, ability to learn on using the ERP
- Gets quotes and compares them
- Issues POs from PRs
- Participates to: invoice matching, inspection of material, expediting
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree
- Should have knowledge in ERP
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
