Site Superintendent – Station Construction

Our client is a leading international contractor currently engaged on a large section of the Riyadh metro. The Riyadh Metro will be 178 km long with six lines and 85 stations with an initial budget of US$22.5 billion.

The scope of our client’s package includes the construction of Roads, Tunnels, Fly over bridges, stations, viaducts and several track lines.

They require a site superintendent to oversee the construction of 2 train stations each with a value of approx. 25 million euro. You will report to Site engineer who will be responsible for the planning and cost control of each station and to the overall project manager over station construction.

You will be responsible for delivering the projects from a practical perspective organising subcontractors and plant and materials and ensuring the works are completed on time and in accordance with the quality and technical requirements.

Requirements

- You will have third level qualification would be preferable although not essential.
- Experience in the Middle East would be beneficial although not essential.
- Main contractor experience with practical knowledge of building construction.

The company offer a tax free basic salary depending on experience with in 57 paid annual holidays plus 9 public holidays, 4 flights per annum with western compound accommodation/similar, transport and health insurance.
