Job description / Role
Our client is a major Real Estate Asset owner that is looking for an experienced Head of soft services based in Riyadh to oversee activities across:
Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls, Strip Malls, Luxury Residential Compounds, Business Parks
You will be tasked with:
- Implementing group wide policies and procedures for all assets.
- Drawing up Scope of Works for 3rd party suppliers of services.
- Recruitment of teams across the Eastern, Western and Central regions of Saudi Arabia.
- Selection of suppliers
- Define KPI's internally and externally.
Requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Catering
- Cleaning
- Concierge
- Landscaping
- Waste Management
- Pest Control
Candidates based in Saudi Arabia will have preference.
