Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting trainer to join the Aramco Business School (ABS). ABS is under Finance Talent Development Division, and is primarily responsible for the coordination and training in finance and accounting. The Division includes training personnel serving as instructors, course content developers, support services and human capital management. The personnel also serve as coordinators by working with SMEs from various business segments (Controllers, Treasury, Corporate Planning, Investor Relations, and Internal Audit) in designing and delivering courses. In addition, ABS is responsible for bi-monthly keynote speaker series and other specialized certification programs (CFA, CPA, CMA, CIA, IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) courses in accounting, finance and other business domains.

Co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment.

Identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segments

Make consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a related discipline from a reputable University. Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA) is required. You should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience of which at least 5 years in training and development space, and experience in oil and gas industry is preferred but not required. Evidence of leadership in projects, ability to effectively work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills are required.
