Job description / Role
The resource will be part of the Design and Coordination Team located in Riyadh, reporting directly to the PM; he will be in charge to liaise with project stakeholders during the whole project life-cycle.
The project consists on design of multiple ports from the concept phase to the issue of tender documents for construction, including necessary surveys and investigations and EIA.
The incumbent will be responsible to manage the design of wet and dry utilities and to coordinate with local authorities in order to collect any existing data and all necessary technical information, specifications and requirements, mandatory to obtain their NOCs.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in designing wet and dry utilities for large scale infrastructure projects.
Significant experience in designing drainage, sewerage, potable water supply, street lighting, electrical, communication systems in the Middle East region.
Proven experience on managing project stakeholders for obtaining required NOCs and permits, as well on coordination between utility companies, local municipalities and other required stakeholders.
Relevant experience in the Middle East region is essential, preferably in KSA.
Native Arabic speakers will be preferred for this role.
