Job description / Role

Position Overview:
- Advise company’s clients in delivering successful real estate
- Strategies, Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Valuations,
- Information Packs and Placements.

Main Responsibilities
- Participate in writing proposals
- Support in market research
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to the client
- Develop financial models for projects
- Direct, manage and deliver work streams and projects
- Develop Strategies, Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, and Valuations
- Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Generate new business opportunities. Understand organization and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Demonstrate and communicate a thorough understanding of complex concepts.
