Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Student Counter
- Provides quality services to students, guardians, staff and community through telephone and in person contact.
- Responds to student questions and requests ensuring that department procedures are followed.
- Advises students, and in particular new students, regarding procedures and services.
- Receives student complaints (i.e.regarding food services, student conflicts, facilities) and assists where appropriate or redirects to management, other specialist colleague roles or counsellor as necessary.
- Ensures that front line services area looks professional and welcoming for students and community visitors.

Requirements

Other duties
- Responsible for the preparation of student ID cards and arranging student transportation.
- Maintains lost and found records contacting students if lost items are found.
- Scans and files documents and other student forms.
- Manages ESGSA login password change requests.
- Assists in the coordination of student activities and special college events.
