Job description / Role
- To manage day to day activities
- To Solve customer problems and complains
- To keep things organized
- To handle activities and manage with the Catering supervisor
- To communicate effectively with the customers
- To ensure that staff are well groomed and in proper uniform
- Regularly inspects all service areas and equipment
- To ensure that cafeteria operations follow all sanitation and health regulations
- To demonstrate leadership skills
- Should have the ability to solve problems
Requirements
- Graduation or diploma in the relevant field
- 5 yrs of previous experience
- Previous experience in supervision
- Preferred previous experience in Beauty Salon or a ladies center
- Should be reliable
- Should have leadership skills and problem solving
