Job description / Role
Department: Supply Chain
Reporting To: CEO
Purpose: To lead all activities related to supply chain and inventory management for manufacturing company specialized in the production of electrical transformers and busways.
Main Duties & Responsibilities (Major Tasks)
- Ensure that inventory and forecasting processes are accurate to meet order flow.
- Assemble and analyze all data to create supply forecasts (sales, market trends, supplier constraints, etc)
- Analyze all data related to inventory cycle to maintain inventory costs to budgeted level.
- Drives all production planning to ensure that product demand forecasts are accurate and adjusted when needed.
- Prepare reports on forecasting, demand planning, sales tracking, inventory management and production forecasting.
- Use the company’s ERP system in reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, logistics or relevant field.
- 5+ years as minimum in similar position with proven record of success.

Experienced in Inventory Management Systems, analytical skills, planning and organizational skills, Excellent English Communication Skills, MS Office
