Job description / Role
JOB PURPOSE
To manage the performance and quality of the supply in order to ensure that the right service level is provided to both customers and Captains.
JOB DIMENSIONS
The Supply Lead of performance and quality will focus on incentive schemes to make sure that we motivate captains with the right amount of bonuses while achieving growth.

JOB CONTEXT
- Monitoring the activity level of captains through incentives by designing different schemes on regular basis to make sure that we're maintaining healthy supply during the time of need and measuring the impact and growth achieved through those schemes.
- Coordinating with the finance department and UAE basecamp to ensure that Captains receive right amount of incentives
- Tracking fraud cases by monitoring Captains who try to achieve incentives in an illegal fashion.
- Working on adhoc projects as required.
- Improvising on Careem products to ensure that they meet market needs.
Requirements
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent)
- Past experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, training, business operations, analytics or customer service
- Strong analytical thinker with high problem solving capabilities
- Action driven personality with experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
- Native in local language and English is a must
