System Analyst - SAP Supply Chain Management

Job description / Role

Reports To:
- Regional SAP & System Development Manager for all technical matters
- Finance Manager KSA for all administrative & support related matters specific to KSA

Subordinates: None

The Main Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for effective on-ground SAP support to all supply chain departments within KSA (Jeddah & Riyadh). Including Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Production as 1st Line of Support and coordinate with Regional Team for Finance/HR support issues
- Identify and communicate process gaps and recommend the best practices offered by SAP to resolve
- Provide periodic trainings and conduct new joiner orientation on SAP
- Document all KSA Specific processes
- Escalate and Follow-up all local SAP support issues with the Regional IT
- Track and coordinate completion for all SAP Support incidents, Change Orders with IT Compliance
- Provide formal weekly updates to Regional IT on the progress of KSA specific initiatives
- Coordinate all new RICEFs for KSA with Regional IT and provide related functional specifications
- Escalate any urgent matters to the Regional IT and keep in close communication at all times

Dimensions of the Job (targets):
- Ensure all users are effectively engaged and their concerns are addressed
- Ensure All Del Monte IT Policies are prepare to in terms of SOX

Department interaction:
- Interaction with all departments in KSA (Jeddah & Riyadh) & with Regional IT

Flexibility in having to carry out a range of different tasks:
- He would be focused towards SAP Tasks and should not be engaged in any other IT Tasks like infrastructure or IT Admin

Work allocation, review and approval:
- Work allocated, reviewed and approved by Regional SAP Manager, Finance Manager UAE

Decision making authority:
- All final decisions to be made by Finance Manager KSA

- SAP ECC Dev, QAS, PRD Systems
- SAP BW/BOJ, Dev, PRD Systems
- SAP Solution Manager

Unusual features of the job:
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice

Major Problems encountered when carrying out role:
- Change in priorities
- Timing

Requirements

- Bachelor degree minimum from a recognized university with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
- SAP Certification in PP, MM or SD is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP preferably in the Foods industry
- Must have done at least 4 end to end SAP Implementation Lifecycles
- Must have adequate knowledge of End to End business processes (O2C, P2P, H2R, and Plan to produce)
- Knowledge of BW/BOBJ tools for reporting is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
- Should be Highly Organized
