Systems Trainer Full Time (Female) - Madinah

An IT solutions company operating in Saudi Arabia currently has an excellent opportunity for Systems Trainer to join their team in Al - Madinah. Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Systems Trainer will develop and conduct training on our eLearning Solution to clients via classroom, written materials and live training sessions.

The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Assisting in developing and delivering appropriate training
- Developing and delivering instructional materials
- Scheduling and performing individual and group training to teachers, students and parents
- Assessing training needs and preparing progress reports, providing existing software support
- Assisting with IT projects related to software, and maintaining up to date records.

The role would best suit an IT Trainer or School Teacher (Female) with some previous IT Training experience in a professional services environment (preferably with international schools staff but this is not essential).

Excellence in training delivery and presentation is key including the ability to convey material of all levels in a logical, accurate and effective manner.

The IT Trainer must be engaging and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidence to interact with staff at all levels. The IT Trainer must be fluent in Arabic and English, and also have the ability to comprehensively respond to questions and to quickly learn, analyze, and troubleshoot.

Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Some training may from time to time take place during non-core business hours so a flexible approach is necessary.

Monthly Salary Range: SAR 6,000 - 8,000 (All in)
