We are currently working for a leading FMCG firm that aims and focuses on growth and expansion that are directly related to creating long-term business partnerships with major global players.

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage strategic relationship with Department Heads through effective management of recruitment efforts as well as the talent pool.

The successful candidate will be dedicated in managing talent acquisition, ensuring quality workforce through collaboration with hiring managers, from interview arrangements, training up to formulation of team metrics, while adhering to local and national employment laws.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for:
- Designing and supervising the implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies that is aligned with business objectives, growth agendas, revenue, products and services
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements and to develop a workforce plan
- Identifying and sourcing appropriate internal talent for current and future open roles within the organisation
- Ensuring recruiting and hiring practices comply with national and local employment laws
- Guiding departmental management in developing and delivering training that enhance employees’ professional growth and support organisational change
- Identifying and participating in lucrative recruitment events and career fairs that are valuable for talent search / pipeline
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all job postings and communications. Leveraging social media and innovative channels to drive messaging and attraction
- Assisting in branding in establishing a recognisable “employer of choice” reputation, both internally and externally

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR Management / Recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics preferred
