We are currently working with a leading FMCG firm to look for strong and highly qualified candidates for Talent Acquisition Manager position for its Manufacturing Division.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for covering all talent acquisition requirements, devising strategies around recruitment, developing corporate policies as well as executing best practices for benchmarking, talent assessment and interviews in an effort to meet and exceed hiring goals.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for:
• Devising recruitment strategies
• Implementing recruitment policies, processes and best practices to deliver a high quality and business-aligned talent pipeline
• Directing the talent management process including the identification and assessment of talent using effective tools that enable the development, retention and deployment of talent
• Defining and catalysing multi-channel employer branding and employee engagement strategy to support the company’s ability to attract and retain talent, as well as to enhance presence as an employer of choice
• Overseeing the full life cycle of talent acquisition from role requisition, job posting, interviews, assessments to offer management
• Identifying key trends and staying well-informed on the latest talent research and practices

Requirements

The role requires the following:
• Saudi Nationals are preferred
• Business Administration degree
• More than 5 years of talent acquisition / recruitment management experience in a managerial role
• Experience in building and leading a recruitment function in a large organization
• Ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in performance
