Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
- Assess the need for contracting Recruitment agencies (if needed) for specific positions.
- Ensure representation the organization in recruitments events to source candidates.
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
- Ensure CVs from multiple sourcing channels are received and shortlist candidates.
- Ensure coordination with Recruiting Panel and candidates on decisions and communication.
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
- Ensure the CV database is maintained and up to date.
- Oversee offer letters preparation, candidates follow-up, and the answering of queries about package and other related job offer information.
- Ensure all documentation related to the recruitment process is recorded and archived (from approved manpower plans, to departmental requests, advertisement placements, interviews conducted, acceptances and rejections of candidates).
- Manage and develop the team of Recruiters.
- Ensure Job Descriptions for all positions in the organization are updated to ensure well defined accountabilities.
- Ensure job openings on the organization's website are up to date.

Requirements

- Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- HR related certificate
- A minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment field.
- Proven working experience as a recruitment manager

Skills:
- A thorough knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s Labor legislation and Government employment practices and procedures.
- Existing relationships with key talent –sourcing partners.
- In depth knowledge of human resource recruitment best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of change management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Great understanding of policies, procedures and work methods.
- Strong conflict resolution / management skills.
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Vigilance and detail oriented.
- Excellent organization skills.
