Talent Acquisition Specialist - Jeddah
A number of specialist level roles to be part of a fast-paced talent acquisition team in Jeddah. You will be part of a team working on a large volume of roles for a growing business.

Description
* Handle A to Z talent acquisition projects including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
* Tap into local networks to source candidates
* Manage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategies
* Collaborate with a team of talent acquisition specialists
* Work with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers across a number of disciplines
* Attract top talent globally and be passionate and knowledgeable about the organization
Job Offer
There are a number of roles available and salary is offered dependent on experience and job level. The salary range starts from SAR 15,000 up to SAR 25,000 total package.
Roles based in Jeddah so candidates should either be living or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
Requirements
* Over 3 years of talent acquisition experience working in a fast-paced environment
* A background in volume hiring campaigns would be beneficial
* Be able to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations
* Experience of working in a talent acquisition team
* Saudi Nationals only can apply for this role due to localisation laws
