Employment: Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with the wider Recruitment Team to support all forms of Talent Attraction, candidate sourcing and initiatives to enhance how the business engages with the labor market.

The role and responsibilities are listed below:

Liaising with the Universities and Education Institutes across the GCC
- Communicating with universities and vocational institutes across the GCC.
- Keeping in contact with these universities and institutions.
- Creating talent pools of senior students and recent graduates.
- Working together in creating internships for each semester.
- Working with internal stakeholders in L&D and Management to generate openings.

Interacting with the Ministry of Human Resources
- Assisting SNCL in becoming, for example, a Tawteen Partner in the UAE.
- Creating a line of contact with the Ministry of Human Resources to be able to recruit potential employees.
- Partaking in Ministry of Human Resources activities and online programs to be more visible to potential candidates.

Creating and updating talent pools on one drive.
- Updating and documenting Emirati, Omani, Saudi etc. CVs on OneDrive.
- Liaising with the respective Recruiters to source more CVs for the Talent Pools and any direct applications.

Creating content on Social Media + Contributing to Career Website Content
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to help create career website content.
- Creating initiatives and ideas to create more positive media exposure for SNCL.
- Assisting in creating more awareness and larger media foot print for SNCL in the GCC.

Requirements

The required qualifications and experience for the position of Talent Attraction Specialist are as follows:
- Educated to University Degree level
- 3+ years working as part of a recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the GCC
- Native Arabic language skills (Speak, Read and Write)
- An understanding of Workday and MS Office suite applications
- Able to write and transcribe interviews into English from Arabic
- Self-motivated and able to build working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
