Job description / Role
A large, leading business based in the Eastern province in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strong candidate for a Talent Management lead.
This is a senior Talent Management role reporting into the VP.
You will be responsible for:
- Design and development of talent management strategies including performance management, training, employee engagement and culture behaviours
- Work with the VP on HR strategy and working on business values, vision and culture
- Design and deliver organisational development initiatives
- Develop change management strategies and coaching of senior leadership team

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be in a similar senior role with a large/MNC business and open to a role in the Eastern province of KSA. Candidates with UK or US experience are preferred.
Must also be degree educated (ideally hold a Masters) in a HR related subject.
8 - 14 years experience, current role within Talent Management.
Demonstrable experience in strategic thinking, working on company culture and vision and partnering with senior leaders. (VP level)
