Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims to train Saudi graduate at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long.

During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks that is related to his/her major where the interns can develop Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce them to the work environment. Support the project managers & procurement team to complete the open tasks related to the project.
