Team Leader - Bobbi Brown - Harvey Nichols - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Bobbi Brown is a professional make up artist and founder and CCO of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Bobbi believes that "makeup is a way for a woman to look and feel like herself, only prettier and more confident." Through Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Bobbi enables every woman to enhance her unique beauty.

We are currently looking for a candidate whose passion is to make our customers more prettier and powerful and got the management experience to lead our Counter in one of our Department Stores.

Working with five talented Make Up Artists, the Bobbi Brown Team Leader will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through leading the team. Your responsibility also includes supporting and coaching the Make Up Artists , and leading by example on the shop floor.

This will include merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target. In addition, you would need to ensure that company and brand standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

High school qualification is required

The candidate should have completed at least High School Education / "O' Level and must have 2- 3 years experience in Sales and Customer Service environment.

Bobbi Brown Team Leader should display passion and enthusiasm in leading the team to be successful. A keen interest in beauty and cosmetics is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be confident to communicate with Colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would be an advantage.

You should be well groomed and have excellent customer service skills.

You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the department by assisting the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.

Ideally you will have a background in team leading.

A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when you have dealt with Customer complaints effectively.

An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial.

You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions
