Technical Engineer

Job description / Role

Technical Engineers - Saudi National

- Preferably a minimum of 8 years practical experience in the field of operational and occupational safety and health in an industry with high risk profile.
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in the railway domain or an industry with high risk profile
- Experience in the management of and communication with multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, identifies and addresses problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Signaling knowledge.
- Profound knowledge of international practices and standards on occupational safety and health;
- Knowledge of the national legislation for occupational safety and health;
- Knowledge to prepare reports;
- Knowledge to carry out audits and accident investigations;
- Knowledge on Management Systems;
- Able to handle complaints and feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in the fields of engineering, preferable education in mechanical/civil/Electrical engineering
- Member of the Association of Project Managers, or internationally recognized equivalent is preferable, but not requisite;
- Capability of communication in Arabic and English is preferable, but not requisite;
- Certified in specialized programs or courses in project management, communication skills such as PgMP certificates +PMP (program management professional).

- ISO9001 lead auditor
- PMP and PgMP certificates
