Technical Project Manager

Note: Candidates with Transferable Iqama shall be preferred

As a (Senior) Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of deployment projects you are assigned to. This position is an equal mix of development, project and customer management. Day-to-day tasks will include: development leadership, project management, customer relationship management and limited resource management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Motive provides innovative rapid system deployments for its customers.
- Determine overall project business goals and success criteria. Contribute to business requirements and objectives for the customer's Motive System(s).
- Work with the Customer and Solution Architect to clearly define the overall solution requirements and ensure that the solution design and implementation will meet the business needs of the customer.
- Support the Practice Manager to actively manage the client relationship, set and meet customer expectations before and during project implementations.
- Ensure detailed documentation of functional and technical specifications of the proposed solution.
- Coordinate and manage efforts of Technical Architects, Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and other project team members with respect to the deployment.
- Manage resource requests towards the internal staffing board (support the Practice Manager to forecast resource needs across projects to maximize the efficient use of resources).
- Coordinate training and mentorship for the customer's staff.
- Support the delivery of periodic status reports to the customer as well as to the management team.
- Pro-actively support the development teams with unblocking software development issues, using a hands-on approach.
- Lead the Motive and customer teams through acceptance testing, go-live and initial operations after launching the solution.
- Ensure deployments generate intended value for our customers.
