Technical Service Manager, Saudi Arabia
Our client is a leading FM service provider operating in Saudi Arabia. They are keen to hire a Technical Services Manager
The Technical Manager will focus on delivering FM contract, lead and manage a team of 50 technicians, control costs, liaise with clients and maintain mission-critical services such as primary and secondary power, chilled water & Potable water.
Other tasks include:
* Coordinate HV/LV shutdowns and Integrated System Testing (IST)
* Demonstrate expertise in maintaining all kinds of chillers including absorption chillers
* Experience in Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant

Requirements
* B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC),although Mechanical is preferred
* Good understanding of CMMS and CAFM systems
* Experience of SLA and KPI regimes
* knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 1800
