Job description / Role
STRATEGY MANAGEMENT:
Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements
DEPARTMENT AND TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services. Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee
OPTIMIZATION PLANS DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING:
Develop and monitor implementation of optimization plans for radio, transport, core, applications, interconnect, roaming and special events (e.g. Hajj and Ramadan) in line with the Technology strategy
KPIs AND KQIs DEVELOPMENT AND AUDITING:
Develop and monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and key quality indicators (KQIs) for radio, transport, core, applications, interconnect and roaming through periodic audits to measure performance against set targets
PERFORMANCE BENCHMARKING:
Supervise the benchmarking exercise against other operators in KSA with respect to voice, data, etc. to identify and analyze existing performance against competitors
IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
Identify improvement opportunities based on results of KPIs, KQIs and benchmarking information and propose optimization solutions or features in order to enhance performance
IMPROVEMENT IMPLEMENTATION FOLLOW-UP:
Follow-up with concerned departments for the implementation of improvement actions and provide guidance and support when required
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Develop and motivate staff, conduct the performance, give formal and informal feedback and appraisals and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, or equivalent
Master's Degree (Preferable) in Telecom Engineering, or equivalent
