Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international waste business who is looking to hire a Tendering Commercial Manager to be responsible for assisting business growth in the region, preparing offers and supporting negotiation for new businesses proposals. You will also lead/contribute to the development of the public/private sectors on full BOO or operations and maintenance.
You will provide critical project information to the Directors to assist business decisions, set strategies and plan and allocate all resources to deliver appropriate standards. You will work as part of the bid team and along with the internal stakeholders of sales, marketing, finance and legal. You will also build relationships with all relative energy related entities and communicate all new product development to prospective clients. In addition, you will analyse the market strategies, deal requirements and evaluate financial and equity investments. Using your market knowledge you will support the development and negotiation of strategies and examine risks and potential partners.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the waste/energy sectors. You should also have proven success in the region as well as hazardous waste experience to be considered. You should be comfortable operating at CEO level and building and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders. English language skills (written/spoken) will be considered and Arabic will be advantageous.
