Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The IELTS Test Centre Administrator (TCA) is the person with the overall responsibility for ensuring that the CES IELTS Centre is operated in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems as determined by IELTS and CES.

The IELTS TCA reports to the CES Quality and Compliance Manager and will oversee and work with the Deputy IELTS Administrators and other staff and personnel at the centre (Examiners, Invigilators, Clerical Markers and Trainers) to ensure that all aspects of the IELTS testing are carried out in a manner that preserves the security and integrity of the IELTS.

This is an all rounder position and your role would see you working in areas such as:
- Customer Service/Communication
- Administration
- Test Security and Integrity
- Recruitment
- Marketing
- Management

Requirements

The TCA must demonstrate a willingness to abide by all rules and procedures associated with test management as specified by the test partners. Additionally, the below requirements are necessary:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience in administration work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with exams
- Arabic language proficiency
