Time Keeper - EET Engineering - Riyadh, KSA

Time Keeper is fully responsible for recording the day-to-day attendance of all project employees using manual and biometric time punching machines.

Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare time sheets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Get approval from the line managers and department/section managers.
- Report all absentees on timely manner to the line manager, department manager, project manager and HR dept.
- Send the times sheets to the payroll department for payroll processing after obtaining all levels of checks and approvals.
- Inform GR department for initiating disciplinary actions against absentees from time to time

Requirements

You are required to have a school certificate with minimum 4 years’ experience at construction site out of which 2 years in a similar role on a large-scale construction projects like Airport, 5 Stars Hotel, Stadium etc.

You must be fluent in English and Arabic with good communication and interpersonal skills.
