Job description / Role
Our client is a for a leading Leasing, Car Rental, and Fleet Management Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are assisting them in hiring a Trainer who has minimum 3 years of experience in conducting in-house Limousine Chauffeur Training and etiquette programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Have or create an established and defined structure of the learning context
- Offer guidance to the learner
- Use a variety of training strategies/learning experiences that fit the learner
- Provide basic learning content for learners which is complete and up-to-date
- Respond to the learners' questions.
- Make sure to sense the needs of the trainees on an individual basis.
- Plan learning context and experiences
- Design and establish the length of training, size of group, number of hours and number of sessions a training session will be.
- Ongoing check in with training participants after training is conducted.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Min 3 years of experience in the field
- Has experience as in house trainer or working with training companies specialized in relevant area
- Experience in providing Limousine chauffeur Training not Taxi.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Able to speak English & Urdu
- Preferably bilingual (Ar/Eng)
