Training Manager Naval – Saudi Arabia
For our client, a leading global training provider for the operation and maintenance of naval vessels, we are currently searching for their operations in Saudi Arabia for a Training Manager Naval.
Our client is a leading global training provider for the operation and maintenance of naval vessels. The client operates at different naval bases in Saudi Arabia and is currently looking for an experienced Deputy Training Manager Naval.
In this challenging position, the Deputy Training Manager will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
- Management and leadership of the technical training staff
- Development and refinement of tailor-made training programs
- Development, adjustment and improvement of the administrative organization
- Organization of the daily teaching program routine, trainee and instructor affairs
- Planning, organization and adjustment of the naval training courses
- Regular reporting to the Head of Naval Training
- Project documentation
- Implementation of a sustainable Quality Management
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering or Business Studies
- Min of 5 years work experience in the field of Naval or Maritime Education / Training
- Min of 2 years work experience as Project Leader or Deputy
- Experience as Trainer / Instructor in Engineering would be desirable
- Highly developed interpersonal and communicational skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to act situational
- Flexibility
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the Arabic language would be a plus
