Job description / Role
Salary: 20,000 to 24,000 SAR
One of our clients, a leading Training and Consultancy Company with offices spanning Jordan, UAE and Saudi Arabia is expanding their rapidly growing business across the region. They are a trusted advisor for many leading businesses, governments, and institutions helping leaders make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements to the performance of their organizations through their trainings and consultations.
Due to their reliable and successful work, their client database is increasing and they have a new requirement for a Training Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role reports to the Operations Director of the company. The person will be responsible for understanding and identifying the training course needs, working with clients to frame the training calendars, the training product and the content. The role also requires you to connect with freelancers who will deliver these trainings. It is a managerial role where you will have 2 training specialists and 1 training coordinator to supervise. Someone from an HR background will be preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Keep Training products and solutions up to date based on market trends.
- Create and develop new training products based on market and sales feedback.
- Initiate new international certifications and products based on market needs.
- Develop and update training outlines, materials based on role, topic, and skills level. Producing training materials for in-house courses;
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Considering and forecasting the costs of training programs requests.
- Prepare, develop, update all training operations forms and process such like: evaluations, client feedback, KPIs, report, questionnaires …etc.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
- Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
- Keep strong connections with trainers and resources through worldwide, to keep implementing cost effective.
- Have a good network of freelancers for training and maintain a record of the same
Requirements
- Experience in Saudi is a must
- Arabic speaking candidates
- Only male candidates
- Fluent in English
- MBA holders are preferable
- Well versed in Ms. Office windows.
